Requirement of Battery testing Machine

Can test battery module or battery pack
Can test battery at voltage 200 volts and 200 Amps and power 40 kW
Machine can test battery at least 2 packs at same time independently (200 volts for each) and there are report separately

Electrical properties for Lithium battery testing Machine as following
-              Maximum Charge Voltage at +200 volt is minimum
-              Minimum Discharge Voltage at +10V or less than 10V
-              Voltage Resolution:  5mV or 16bit
-              Voltage Accuracy: +/- 0.1% full scale or better
-              Minimum Charge/Discharge Current: 1 A or less than 1 A
-              Maximum Charge/Discharge Current: 200 A or more than 200A
-              Current Resolution: 5mA or 16bit
-              Current Accuracy): +/- 0.15% full scale or better
-              Can test at 220V, 200A per set by use from one source or combining of source
-              Testing mode must have: constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), constant current-constant voltage (CC-CV) และ constant power (CP)
-              Machine has specific computer system and software for display the testing
-              There is protection system for testing such as over current, over voltage, under voltage and other
-              Software can set testing with automatically mode and automatically stop when complete testing or can test several cycle without monitoring all time from user.
-              Software can set condition for stopping of the testing such as time condition, voltage, current and power
-              Recording of test data will be real time with sampling point is point per 10 MS or better
-              Software can be processing and report or display as several type such as capacity vs. Cycle number and/or Voltage vs. time and/or Current vs. Time and/or voltage vs capacity by itself (not use external software)
-              Software can export file to Microsoft Excel or text file or CSV or PDF
-              Machine calibration routine no need to do more 1 time per year and can do by user or remote from factory
-              Provide test cable at least 5 m each
-              There are Auxiliary inputs at least 10 channels for measurement and record of voltage, temperature which data from Auxiliary inputs will be exactly testing parameters
-              Support CAN BUS for communication, data sending and can control electronics board such as BMS
-              Support AC input 50 Hz
-              Can do Regenerative at least 80% power factor and at least 0.9 of rated power
-              There is big data storage and data transfer system such as Industrial standard SQL
-              Machine has protection system for machine and data loss in case of electrical system failure or electrical surging
-              There is AC input monitoring system and protection
